I’ve been all around the world, but if I had to choose one place to ride, it would be France. The roads are great, the countryside is beautiful, and you can get a fantastic meal almost everywhere you go. This vacation rental, a cave house owned by a friend of mine, would be a great place to start or finish your tour.

Carla’s been just about everywhere. She rode a Ural across the US and an Enfield Bullet in India. She’s also travelled China on a Chang Jiang, which (in case you don’t have one in the garage) is a Chinese bike.
